The bottle uses a standard 28/400 neck, so a replacement pump is always available — in this finish or any of the other nine.

Common questions

What size is the neck?
28/400: 28 mm across the threads, with the standard 400-series thread. Every pump we make fits every bottle we make.

Can I refill it with any lotion?
Yes. Pour in whatever lotion you already buy. The deep amber glass shields what's inside from light, and the bottle is made to be refilled for years, not replaced. Very thick creams and body butters may dispense slowly — standard pumpable lotions work best.

Will the lettering wear off?
No. LOTION is heat-cured into the glass with a two-part epoxy screen print that bonds permanently: about 10x more resistant to scratching, chemicals, and heat than a standard print. It wipes clean and never peels.

Can I change the pump finish later?
Yes. All ten finishes share the same 28/400 thread. A replacement pump is $7.49 and is the simplest way to change how the bottle looks.

How should I clean it?
Hand wash or wipe with a damp cloth. Mild detergent only: skip abrasives.
