What is the Lavé trade program?
A standing 20% discount and direct support for professionals who buy our dispensers and pumps for client projects. It is free to join, with no minimum order.
Who is eligible?
Interior designers and decorators, architects, kitchen and bath designers, builders and remodelers, home stagers, and designers working on hotels and rentals. We ask for one proof of trade: a business license, resale certificate, professional membership or a portfolio website with a matching business email.
How long does approval take?
Two business days. The answer comes from concierge@thelaveco.com, along with your trade code.
How do I use my trade pricing?
Check out at thelaveco.com with the email on your trade account and enter your trade code. The code is tied to that email, so it will not work for anyone else.
Does it combine with other offers?
No. Trade pricing replaces other codes, including the welcome offer. Gift cards are excluded.
Can my client order with my code?
Orders are placed by the trade member. You can ship any order straight to your client or to the job site.
Can I see a finish before ordering for a whole project?
Order a single replacement pump in that finish. At trade price it is $6.38, and it is exactly what your client will see on every bottle. Or send us a photo of the faucet and we will match it for you.
I own a shop. Can I buy to resell?
The trade program is for client projects. Shops buying to resell can apply for wholesale.
